Shipping/Postage

For an estimated cost of shipping please add the products you require to the shopping cart, click on the estimate shipping button, simply select your country and click on "Get Quotes", this will give you the estimated shipping charges to your country. Please note shipping charges to some locations (islands etc) may differ. After your order has been completed and payment has been made if any additional shipping charges apply we will contact you and advise you of these charges, you will be asked to forward payment for these charges or if you do not wish to proceed with your order we will refund your payment within 48 hours.

We aim to despatch all completed orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  

Pricing

Customers located within the European Union

All prices shown on our web site include the Irish VAT rate of 23%, this VAT rate applies to all customers located within the European Union.

Every effort is made to ensure all of the prices on our website are correct. We are not responsible for any errors that occur. If an error is found before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as we can.


Customers resident outside the European Union

We will not charge VAT/TAX on your order, Please register your details and login to the site and all prices will be displayed without VAT/TAX.   However please note that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on arrival of the goods.


Refunds

We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, Kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement.

Cancellations

We can cancel any order up to the point of despatch provided there are no special ordered parts within your order. To cancel special ordered parts may involve a handling charge of 20% as we will be liable for this from our suppliers.

Warranty claims

All parts are guaranteed (excludes electrical parts) for 14 days from the date of invoice. Please contact us to advise us the nature of the problem, so that a return can be arranged. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or notification of invoice or customer number.

Returns

Any parts that are being returned must not have been fitted. Electrical components are non-returnable. Please contact us prior to returning goods. Returned goods which were correctly supplied by us will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Damaged or missing parts

Any claim for damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel.
